La the Darkman released “Heist of the Century” back in 1998 the album featured production from RZA, 4th Disciple, Havoc, Carlos Broady, Dj Muggs & even Raekwon. The standout track to me on this album was always “Spring Water” which features and is produced by Raekwon, the song samples the classic “Joy & Pain” by Maze & Frankie Beverly.

More than a decade later La is still making moves with his younger brother Willie The Kid who just recently dropped his major-label debut “Absolute Greatness” with help from Dj Drama & the Aphilliates.
